I’m a lifelong wrestler starting a very young age. I was three time all Nassau county and 2x greco and freestyle New York state champ. 

      Through college I was the head coach for East Rochester middle school wrestling team. At the same time I continued my wrestling education taking 12 credits of collegiate wrestling classes from beginner, intermediate, advanced and honors wrestling.     

      After college I was the head varsity coach of Mallard Creek High school in Charlotte North Carolina for 4 years and winning coach of the year my final year there.
